1. Privacy-First Commitment: Your Photos Stay on Your Device

ID Photo Size is built on a client-side architecture. When you select, crop, straighten, or edit a photo, all image processing occurs exclusively on your device using client-side WebAssembly, ONNX Runtime, and browser APIs.

Your photos, biometric landmarks, and cropped documents are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to any server. The application does not require an account, sign-up, or any personal information to use.

2. Local Storage and Preferences

We use browser local storage (localStorage) strictly to preserve your preferred user interface settings across visits, including:

• Color mode preference (light or dark mode)
• Last selected background color (e.g., white, off-white)
• Cookie consent decision (accepted or rejected)

These items remain entirely on your device and are never sent to our servers.

3. Advertising and Google AdSense Disclosures

We use Google AdSense and third-party advertising partners to serve advertisements when you visit our website. These companies may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

5. Third-Party CDNs and AI Models

To provide on-device face detection and background removal, our application downloads pre-trained open-source AI models (e.g. from Hugging Face, Google MediaPipe, and jsDelivr CDN) upon your first use. These static asset requests do not contain any user-generated data or photos and are governed by the respective CDN providers' privacy policies.
